How to Use our Remote Consultation
With today's busy schedules and with a such a large area to service, we found that many of our clients needed a way to consult with us that was easy and convenient. Our solution? Remote Consultations.
Using a free, online meeting service, we can consult with you in the comfort of your home or office. This guide will show you how to join a remote consultation session.
The first step is to set up an appointment by calling us at 828-659-1269. We are very flexible and can set up an appointment pretty much anytime.
At the time of your appointment, our representative will contact you by phone. At that point, the Rep will ask you to direct your web browser to

After the page loads, click on the join meeting button in the top right corner of the screen.
When you click, the button will turn into an input box with a green submit button. The code will be given to you on the phone by our Rep. It will be a 9 digit code and dashes will be added for you as you type.
After you type in the code, click the Join button.
After you click Join, your screen will change. You should see
the code you entered in the top left corner of the screen and you should see the message below in the middle of the screen.
At this point the rep will verify that you have joined the meeting and will begin sharing his screen.
There are controls in the bottom right corner that will allow you to adjust the zoom level and go to fullscreen mode.
Our Rep will then work with you in real time to search for your lot. You will be able to see aerial photos and street level views of potential properties.
If at any point you see a lot you are interested in, let our Representative know and they will send you more information on the lot.
