Mark Cox is our fearless leader, the Owner of NC Land and Lots as well as Owner of SC Land and lots. After over ten years as a land developer with construction experience he founded the companies with the key idea of helping everyone find the perfect place to build their dream home, vacation home, or locate their manufactured home. As a previous business owner in both the advertising industry and the maintenance and repair industry, he knows what it takes to build lasting relationships with clients and how to furnish the customer service components that are often lacking in the real estate environment. His customer focused business model always puts the client at the number one position during their search for a property.
Donna Ballew / Office Assistant
Donna Ballew, our Office Assistant, comes from a diverse background made up of office management, secretarial roles, accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing. Her expansive skill set helps her provide crucial support to key office staff and help our clients find the right person to help with any inquiries that may arise as they search for the perfect property for their dream home.
Andrew Goodson / IT
Andrew Goodson comes to NC Land and Lots with seven years of warehousing and logistics experience and is excited to be applying his diverse skill set to a new career path. Andrew is responsible for Internet Technology and Web Development - he's our "IT" man and handles all of the technological issues that arise in day-to-day business to help us be able to best serve our clients.
